Fraud & Abuse Policy

How Enockgains handles fraud, chargebacks, and abuse — for the protection of our customers and our platform.

Fraudulent payments

Payments made with stolen cards, unauthorized mobile-money transactions, or accounts funded through any fraudulent means are reversed, and the associated account is permanently suspended. Fraudulent funds are returned to the original owner wherever possible.

Chargebacks and disputes

Deposits are for prepaid digital services. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first — opening a bank or mobile-money dispute without contacting us first is treated as fraud. Accounts linked to fraudulent chargebacks are banned across all Enockgains services and panels.

Abuse of services

Using purchased engagement for harassment, impersonation, illegal content, or deception is prohibited.
Exploiting technical errors (duplicate crediting, race conditions, pricing bugs) instead of reporting them is treated as fraud.
Multiple accounts created to abuse promotions or refunds may be banned together.

Referral and reward abuse

Referral rewards, bonuses, and promotional balances obtained through fake accounts, self-referral, or other manipulation will be reversed, and the accounts involved may be suspended.

Reporting

If you notice suspicious activity on your account or a fraudulent order targeting you, report it to support immediately. Good-faith reports are always welcome and never penalized.

Enforcement. Enockgains cooperates with payment providers and law-enforcement requests in confirmed fraud cases, and maintains audit logs of all account, balance, and order activity.
